Spring Cleaning Jewelry, Silver, Collectibles
April 2, 2022
We are happy to usher in the spring season with an eclectic auction featuring fine vintage and antique jewelry, watches, decorative arts, art glass, silver, porcelain, and rare collectibles. Our Spring-Cleaning sale offers random (and interesting) odds and ends which need to be sold to make way for our next major auction in April.
The silver lots include antique American coin silver, antique silverplate, English, Scandinavian, and Continental silver, antique and vintage sterling silver with fine makers and retailers such as Tiffany, Gorham, Whiting, Shreve Crump Low, and more.
Among the large selection of antique and vintage jewelry, some of the highlights include Native American sterling silver pawn, designer Mexican, Art Deco, Kenneth Jay Lane, Ed Levin, Pandora, Art Nouveau, Chinese, Continental, fun charm bracelet charms, and pieces featuring diamonds, emeralds, aquamarine, and other fine gemstones.
There are two signed and superbly hand painted Royal Cauldon porcelain plates with wild game motifs including pheasants and canvasback ducks. Also included is an unusual Royal Worcester naturalistic porcelain planter.
Additionally: an antique American hand hooked rug with maple sugaring scene, a signed still life oil painting of a floral bouquet, a Frank Bennett Fiske self portrait photograph of himself as a child, a monumental American Brilliant Period cut glass vase, autographed letters (Bob Hope, Helen Hayes, Sophie Tucker, and more), political memorabilia, WWI and WWII posters, a Grand Tour photo archive, Gucci Monogram leather case ladies flask, a cased Hohner piano accordion, a signed Steuben art glass black threaded decanter, and much more.
