We specialize in assisting executors and trustees in all aspects of estate settlement and liquidation. We can provide certified appraisals for one item or a complete house contents and can assist in liquidating remaining items that the family will not keep at the best possible returns for the estate and/or beneficiaries.

 We are available for onsite verbal consultations in the capital region at a rate of $195. This covers up to one hour of time onsite to generate an approximate total fair market value and suggestions for the best manner of disposition.We base our recommendations on the precise nature of the contents with specific input from the executor and/or family regarding their preferences and needs.

Certified written reports suitable for tax or probate purposes have a base fee of $295 for the first hour onsite plus the certified report. Additional time is billed at $195 per hour.
